ALPHA CAR
ALPHA CAR is the answer to management fleet
needs, recovering stolen vehicles, and applications related to vehicle telemetry combined with GPS localization and GSM transmission. It is a multifunctional and modular platform, adaptable to any GPS localization
application and/or telemetry.
Basic functioning modes
- when the alarm of the vehicle is activated
- when the vehicle is towed,
- when the main supply battery is disconnected
- when leaving or entering a pre-determined
geographical area (borders, ports... )
- to activate one of the sensors (speed limit, temperature, etc. )
The ALPHA CAR system
will transmit or programme in one of the aforementioned situations an alarm through GSM
into any specific one, which is incorporated into control software
installed in the user's computer. Its exact position is given, enabling him/her
to carry out the following: notify the police, block the ignition system
by remote control (when the vehicle is stationary), activate the horn, lights...etc.
The fleet manager is then able to
obtain the exact position and speed of any vehicle at any time,
requesting the software for its GPS position. It can store the positions at
programmed intervals and revise the route taken by each vehicle and its position
at any given moment in the past, thanks to its included storage memory.
